Terms and Conditions

• 1. All necessary arrangements of your tour will be handled by Amaze Travel Company (www.bookitforgetit.com).
  2. Package cost has been calculated on the basis of twin sharing arrangement. For Group or Family bookings, cost will be given on case to case basis.
  3. The Cost for each package has been calculated on the basis of fixed inclusions. In scenario of customization required, then cost shall be incurred on the basis of value additions.
  4. In case of Bad weather, Flight Cancellation, Change of Schedule of flights, Bookitforgetit will not be responsible for any refund or compensation of any kind. However, we will make our sincere efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.
  5. Cancellation charges would be as per the cancellation policy.
  6. Sightseeing during each tour will be provided on point-to point basis and not on disposal.
  7. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention.

  Payment Policy:

  1. 45-90 days before the travel date: 30% as an Advance booking amount and balance before 30 days before the travel date
  2. 16-44 days before the travel date: 40% as an Advance booking amount and balance before 15 days before the travel date
  3. 0-15 days before the travel date: Full payment at the time of booking

  Cancellation Policy:

  1. 30 days or more before departure: 25% of package cost.
  2. 29 – 15 days before departure: 50% of package cost.
  3. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of package cost.
